At Silatha, we address societal challenges such as menopause, andropause, PMS, the journey to parenthood, and implicit bias in leadership with a deep understanding and sensitivity. Our mission is to cultivate supportive and inclusive work environments that foster trust, empathy, and appreciation among employees. We aim to establish psychologically safe spaces where women and their advocates can embrace their true identities and excel.
Silatha employs a comprehensive strategy to nurture psychological safety within organizations by offering tailored support programs and educational resources for the entire workforce.
The 12-month Specific Support Programs cover essential topics like Parenthood and Career, Female Leadership, Menopause and Pregnancy Loss, Monthly Cycle, and Fertility Journeys. These initiatives are crafted to enhance emotional well-being by combining peer support systems, enlightening webinars, expert consultations, personalized coaching sessions, and mindfulness practices. Our distinctive program is structured to alleviate stress, enhance resilience, promote personal growth and confidence, and empower individuals to confront life's hurdles effectively.
In order to foster authenticity across the organization, it is crucial to educate all team members about the experiences of their colleagues. This educational journey sparks empathy and facilitates open dialogues. Silatha provides two 8-month Educational Programs focusing on Taboo Topics and Biases. The curriculum commences with a perception assessment to raise awareness of preconceptions or biases. Participants then receive insights from our esteemed experts and embed knowledge through engaging trivia sessions and gamified learning experiences. Monthly challenges and reflective sessions spanning 8 months instigate genuine behavioral transformations.
